DISEGNI/DRAWINGS	STAMPE SU TELA/DIGITAL PAINT ON CANVAS

Anatomies è un progetto a cui lavoro da diversi anni. Protagonista è di nuovo il corpo. I modelli vengono da me messi in posa e fotografati per creare disegni a matita e china su fogli sovrapposti. Le immagini di alcuni disegni sono state rielaborate a computer e stampate su tele a tiratura unica, dando così vita a dei particolari quadri.
Un lavoro complesso che vede l'utilizzo simultaneo di più media, il passaggio dalla fotografia al disegno per ritornare di nuovo alla fotografia e all'elaborazione digitale.
Nelle Anatomies è il segno a prevalere, tutto è lasciato alla magia del bianco e nero. Qui gli schermi colorati delle mie pitture sono scomparsi, sostituiti da fogli di grigio sovrapposti. In questi piani simili a specchi il corpo si riflette nell'immagine dei suoi doppi, gemelli imperfetti.
"Non siamo unici, siamo tanti diversi, non siamo certi poichè la nostra identità è incerta, sempre in bilico tra ciò che siamo, ciò che vorremmo essere o ciò ce non sappiamo di essere."
Corpi disegnati con diverse tecniche e sovrapposti: doppio, gemello, un Narciso che si specchia nell'acqua degli abissi della propria mente alla ricerca del suo doppio.

Anatomies is a project that I worked on for several years. The body is again the protagonist. I Photograph the models to create drawings with ink and pencil on overlapping sheets. The images of some drawings have been reworked by computer and printed on canvas, giving life to particular pictures.
A complex work see the simultaneous use of different media, the passage from photography to drawing and return again to photography and digital elaboration.
In the Anatomies the sign prevails, everything is left to the magic of black and white.
Here the colorful screens of my paintings have disappeared, replaced by grey overlapping sheets.
In these plans as mirrors the body reflects itself in the image of its doubles, imperfect twins.
"We are not unique, we are may differents, we are not certain because our identity is uncertain, always between what we are, what, we would be or what we do not know to be."
Bodies designed with different technicals and overlapping: double, twin, a Narciso relect himself in the water of the depths of his mind to search his double.
